Leading from Within is a transformational workshop based on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework, designed for leaders and change makers who want to navigate complexity with clarity, purpose, and human connection.

During this workshop, participants will:

• Explore the five dimensions of the IDG framework: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting
• Understand why inner skills such as presence, empathy, complexity thinking, and courage are essential for future-fit leadership
• Engage in practical reflection and dialogue based exercises that foster connection and shared learning
• Gain tools and insights to bring IDG principles back into their teams, organizations, and communities

Participants will leave with a renewed perspective on their leadership challenges, greater inner clarity, and concrete inspiration for leading change — from the inside out.

The experience continues beyond the workshop itself.
After the session, participants are invited to join a guided creative painting activity, designed as a space for reflection, expression, and integration of the insights gained throughout the day. The painting you will take home will remind you about the experience.

To support a relaxed atmosphere and meaningful conversations, a cocktail is included, providing time and space for informal connections among participants.
